Copyright & Intellectual Property All artworks, prints, images, and text on this site are the intellectual property of Natalie Gibb Art. Artwork and images may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without my written permission. Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright. You are buying the physical item, not the rights to reproduce it.

Orders & Payment All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Colours & Presentation I try to ensure all images are accurate, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and monitor calibration.

Commissioned Work Custom commissions require a 50% deposit and are non-refundable once work has begun. Final payment is due before shipping.

Consumer Rights You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt (excluding commissioned pieces). Items must be returned in original condition.

Liability I am not responsible for delays, damage, or issues caused by postal services, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond my control. However, I will always work with you to resolve any problems that arise.
