Processing Time

Each order is carefully prepared and packaged with the utmost care.

Original paintings are dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Fine art prints may take 7–10 working days, as they are printed to order.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

Packaging

Originals and canvas prints are wrapped in protective layers and shipped in sturdy, reinforced boxes to ensure safe arrival.

Prints are packaged flat (small sizes) or in protective postal tubes (larger sizes).

I aim to use eco-friendly materials wherever possible.

 

UK Shipping

Free delivery on all UK orders.

Orders are sent via a tracked service (Royal Mail, Parcelforce or courier depending on size).

Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.


International Shipping

For customers outside the UK, I offer worldwide shipping with personalised quotes to ensure you receive the best possible rate for your location.

International shipping costs vary depending on:

  • Destination country
  • Size and weight of the artwork
  • Packaging requirements
  • Shipping method (standard or express)

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be absolutely delighted with your artwork. In the rare event that your painting arrives damaged, please contact me immediately so I can make it right.

What to do: Email me at nataliegibbart@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Your order number
  • Brief description of the issue

I'll arrange for a replacement or full refund promptly. Your satisfaction is my priority.

Returns are accepted if the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Custom orders and commissioned artwork are non-refundable.
